I’ve been playing organized sports since I was 9 years old.  I love everything about sports.  Especially team sports.  I feel like it’s helped me in almost every aspect of life.  It’s given me great physical health, and help build people skills and key life skills.  I played football, and basketball and ran track.  I was always on the smaller side so I always had to work harder than everyone else to be where I wanted to be.

My turning point was about 10th grade.  I was always a great athlete. Loved football and Basketball but there are not too many professional athletes 5’7 and under.  I went to a football camp and performed really well but all the coaches wanted was the size.  They would never measure your heart or anything else.  That lit a fire in me and I always made it my business to be the hardest worker in the room.  In the weight room, workplace, and facets of life.  I may not ever play in the NFL but I will always have a chip on my shoulder when it comes to working hard and outworking people.

My passion for coaching stems from people being better themselves.  A motto I love is “Be better than yesterday”.  Love harder, work harder, do something a little extra.  Every day is a new day to be better at life.  My purpose is to serve people of all ages and in all situations.   I coached high school sports and I absolutely loved working with them.  Sometimes they’re a little bit harder to get to than an adult but it’s so rewarding.  Working with anybody is rewarding definitely when someone is willing to be coached and put in the work.  It doesn’t matter if you’re 5 or 95.  If you believe that you can be better and put worth the effort, you’re already better than what you were yesterday.  I love to bring my energy and my knowledge of health and performance to a person who may be in need of those things. I may not be the smartest person in the world but I can be the most compassionate and most energetic Coach there is!
